Growing up, my mom was an avid DIY'er and decorator and I was her assistant and resident painter. I'm no DIY'er (though you might catch me painting a room here and there), but the love of design certainly stuck. I'm also convinced she's the reason why I love green; she painted so many things green I used to joke she should "paint it green and put a tassel on it".

 

Now, I run PARK STORY,  a brick-and-mortar boutique, featuring responsibly made goods from local and independent brands. Interior styling and decorating has grown organically alongside the shop and the renovation of our circa 1925 house in DC. I enjoy connecting with others over design and tackling projects, both big and small.
